Elodie's Hat

Here's the latest little hat for my grand-niece who turns one year old this week. It's knit with two yarns. One is a self striping sock yarn and the other is merino wool. I used the garter ridge stitch and added a rosette knit from the sock yarn. The rosette will have buttons sewn to the center and the buttons will come from Elodie's Great Grandma Pauline's button jars.

The cooperative model is Mr. Andrew Jack, the first and only teddy bear that I've ever had. Thanks, Andrew, for your furry help!
